Training

  • Clothes Making Stage 1

    The first part of the clothes making course will consist of a an introductory exploration study which will introduce all the students to sewing and pattern cutting. All students will be taught by a professional fashion designer and taught in a fashion studio.

    Students will be taught to construct garments such as shirts for menswear and women's wear to start off with and develop skills to produce more complicated garments later. A variety of different sewing techniques and pattern cutting skills will be covered in the construction of garments.

    Course duration : 10 weeks
    Time : 6pm – 9pm
    Attendance : 1 evening per week on a weekday

  • Clothes Making Stage 2

    The second stage of clothes making will allow students to construct more challenging garments using their own creative designs and measurement requirements.

    You will develop the skills of individually constructing a garment from a working drawing to making the product by hand.

    Attendance : 1 evening per week on a weekday

  • Fashion and Youth Life Project

    The course is aimed at young people aged between 11-19 years of age. This syllabus includes practical and in-depth learning in fashion design, pattern cutting, and garment construction.

    You will develop the skills of individually constructing a garment from a working drawing to making the product by hand.
